2. Obtain and collect license application information.

To user the app normally, the user must agree to authorize us to obtain the following permissions from their device:

A. Coarse Location: It is used to verify the authenticity of the user and check whether the area where the user is located meets the access requirements. Not need fine location, just need coarse location.

B. Camera: According to local regulations and the approval requirements of some lending platforms, you need to verify your real name by uploading your identity information for verification. We promise not to share this information with third parties

C. Storage: According to local regulations and the approval requirements of some lending platforms, you need to select identity information from the photo album for real-name verification. We undertake not to share this information with third parties.

D. READ_PHONE_STATE: According to local regulations and approval requirements of some lending platforms, we need the device of IMEI to prevent the fraud of KYC and real-name verification. We promise not to share the information whith third parties.

E. Contact Permission: The latest version 1.0.7 (version code:10) has not acquired this permission and will not upload any contact data. Older versions have requested this permission, and users can choose to deny it, or use the latest version.

3. Sensitive Personal Data Collected.

LiveLoan does not collect sensitive personal data from holders. It is worth mentioning that the aforementioned items are categories of personal data.

4. Purpose of information collection

LiveLoan collects personal data for the following purposes:

a. Comply with contractual relationships arising from service requests and/or contracts.

b. Verify and confirm the identity of the holder and the authenticity of the information provided (such as self-registration, joint recognition, etc.) according to the applicable regulations of the LiveLoan activation service.

c. Manage, operate and monitor the services you request or contract with LiveLoan.

d. Analyze the information provided by the owner to determine the risk level, payment capacity, transaction status and evaluation of the services provided in accordance with the current laws and regulations. Officially confirm the contractual relationship between LiveLoan and the owner.

f. Include it in our database either directly or through a third-party integration file.

g. To process your request electronically or by telephone.

h. Create a profile as a user in the application to verify and investigate reputation.

i. To extend or improve the services stipulated in the contract.

j. Notify LiveLoan of updates.

k. To conduct business intelligence, market research, understand your activities on our electronic media, monitor the quality of our electronic media, evaluate and improve our electronic media.

5. Use of your information

We use the information you provide to establish and verify identity by:

a. To monitor, improve and administer our website/platform.

b. To provide our services, which is to perform credit analysis to facilitate the provision of loans.

c. Design and provide customized products and services provided by our third-party financial partners;

d. analyze how the website is used, diagnose technical or service problems and maintain security;

e. To send communications, information about products or services you have requested, or to process your inquiries and applications on the Site;

f. To manage our relationship with you and to introduce you to other products or services that we think you may find some use for;

i. Perform KYC for our third-party lending partners based on information shared by users;

j. Use user information in other ways permitted by law to enable you to obtain financial services from our lending partners.

We will use and retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you with services on the site, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

6. Manners and procedures for exercising and withdrawing consent.

You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what purposes we use it for and the conditions of use (access) we provide for it. Similarly, if your personal information is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction (correction); when we believe that it has not been used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations stipulated in the Regulations, we will delete it from our records or deletion from the database (cancellation); and object to the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose (objection). information and attach official identification.

7. Options and methods for restricting the use or disclosure of personal data.

This registry (REPEP) allows holders to register in the database to restrict promotional calls to private numbers (landline or mobile), work or email in order to protect their privacy and avoid being the inconvenience caused.

8. Use of cookies, web beacons or similar mechanisms.

The Portal https://liveloanid.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal") uses cookies, which are data files that are stored on your hard drive while browsing the Portal, to allow the exchange of information and owners between the Portals. If you would like information on the procedure for disabling cookies, please consult the help section of your Internet

browser. LiveLoan measures information about the holder of the access portal via cookies. For the reasons mentioned above, LiveLoan collects the geographical information of the holder who enters the portal, as well as the operating system, browser and medium (search or advertising) of the holder who enters the portal. Similarly, LiveLoan collects statistics on the holder's average browsing time and the most visited Portal pages. LiveLoan obtains the above data in order to understand the behavior of holders who enter the portal.

This Privacy Statement may be modified, changed or updated in reshttpsponse to new legal requirements; our own needs for the products or services we offer; our privacy practices; changes in our business model, or for other reasons.
